Short sleeved breathable micromesh T-shirt.
Shirt sizing - please lay a shirt that currently fits you flat on a table and measure armpit to armpit. This is the only measurement that is required to size your shirt. Match that measurement to the chest measurement on the sizing chart photo.
Care instructions - DO NOT IRON OR DRY CLEAN - we put them on a coat hanger to air dry but the shirts can also be tumble dried on a low heat setting.
