Refund policy
Custom Orders can not and will not be refunded because of change of mind. With all of our custom orders, you will have had to approve the design before we go to print (either shirts, artworks or banners). This is your opportunity to correct any spelling mistakes and to make or suggest any changes. Once you have approved the design and it's sent to print, there is no turning back.
If your product is faulty on receipt, please take photos and send to us. Please then return it to us, with the appropriate packaging and we will proceed from there. If the product was damaged as a result of postage, please contact either Australia Post or the appropriate freight company and lodge a claim for insurance up to their statutory limits. We can assist with this process.
Digital downloads are NOT a refundable product. Design or set up fees are not part of a refundable product.
Refunds (if applicable) - Once we receive your item back and have inspected it, we will notify you and ask for your bank details.
